The support of our customers over the last 20 years has allowed Linoma Software to see unprecedented growth and led to several major milestones in 2015. In addition to the release of our GoDrive EFSS solution, Linoma Software moved into our newly renovated corporate headquarters.
This nearly 100-year-old building serves as a historic cornerstone in the community. Over the last two years, great care was taken in the documentation and preservation of the original structure through the process of creating a space with modern amenities while maintaining the historic character. The large open space takes advantage of ample natural lighting to accentuate the pressed tin ceiling and refinished wood flooring.
You can read more on the history of the Hoffman Building by reading our previous post, “A History That’s Worth Repeating“.
We are delighted to have our local employees under one roof in this high tech office. The building also gave us the space to add a 24-seat training room. This wonderful mix of old and new creates a uniquely energetic and collaborative space.

Linoma Software was delighted to host a group of Computer Programming students from Southeast Community College (SCC). On March 13th, a total of 16 students and 4 instructors met with the Linoma Software team and took a tour of our new corporate headquarters.
The morning started with introductions and a company overview by Steve Luebbe, software development manager. “I enjoy supporting SCC,” says Steve. “They have helped us find amazing talent for our development team.”
Steve is a graduate of SCC and has served as an advisor over the past ten years to help the program stay current with technology trends. In 2014, Steve participated in a recruiting commercial as part of his participation in the school’s student mentoring program.
Following opening remarks, students toured the office and spoke with representatives from the different departments. “This is a great opportunity to let the students experience all aspects of a software company,” said Steve.
The visit finished with a presentation on the development lifecycle at Linoma Software and ended in a Q&A session.
“We’ve hired three SCC graduates in recent years and they’ve proven to be a tremendous boost to our development team,” remarked Steve. “I want to showcase the exciting work being done at Linoma Software so we can continue to attract top notch talent from this program.”
